Five-star reviews for Viridor during Covid-19 pandemic

Customers have given Viridor five-star reviews for the service provided during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The spread of the virus, Government lockdown and social distancing measures have all thrown up huge challenges for businesses throughout the country during the past three months.
In response, Viridor worked hard to listen to the needs of customers and introduced a series of measures to help them during such a difficult time.
This has included suspending business accounts when requested, and also ensuring those same accounts get back up and running quickly as lockdown began to ease.
That flexibility has been well received by customers, some of who have since written of their experience on consumer review website Trustpilot.
Since lockdown began at the end of March, Viridor has received a whole host of five-star reviews from customers.
Russell Thompson said he was delighted with the service and singled out individual staff members for praise.
He wrote: "A massive thank you to Duncan Chown and his team at Viridor in St Austell, Cornwall.
"They have gone above and beyond to assist on numerous occasions and this is one of the main reasons I will continue to use Viridor.
"Lynne Paterson is one of the friendliest customer support persons I have had the pleasure to talk to, and many more companies would benefit greatly if they had staff like Duncan, Lynne and the rest of their team who do a fantastic job."
Tredethick Farm Cottages praised Viridor for maintaining its standard of service during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Their review on Trustpilot said: "We have been a customer of Viridor for many years, and as a busy holiday cottage business they are vital in providing the highest levels of waste & recycling disposal.
"During the Covid-19 crisis, their customer service has been excellent and they continue to provide their very best service even during these unprecedented times."
Another customer, Dan Imrie, wrote: "The service we have received from Viridor over these challenging times has been outstanding.
"The flexibility shown by such a large organisation has been exceptional and the attitude of the drivers has been a true credit to the business. Thank you all."
