Phil has held the role of Chief Operations Officer since joining Viridor in 2019. In the role, he manages the entire EfW fleet, with a combined throughput of c. 3,400,000 tonnes of waste and a combined net electrical export capacity of 250MW. He is responsible for the management of the teams at each site, overseeing operations, procurement, health & safety and environmental performance.
