Ian brings over 25 years of senior human resources leadership experience to Viridor having previously served as HR Director of RBSL, a BAE Systems joint venture with Rheinmetall, Global HR Director of Ovivo and a number of senior HR leadership roles within Rolls - Royce Plc.

Ian has extensive experience leading HR initiatives with a strong focus on facilitating business change and transformation and a strong track record in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, culture change and employee relations.

When not pursuing Viridor’s people and culture agenda, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife Jo and two boys Max and William.

Ian holds a Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a BA Hons degree in Business Management.
