One of our 'Grow our Own' success stories, Helen joined Viridor as a Graduate Management trainee in 2012 after completing an MSc in 'Waste and Resource Management' from Cranfield University. Helen has worked at a number of different sites in her time at Viridor, including three years at Ardley ERF as EHS Manager. In 2022, she rejoined the SHEQS team as SHEQS Manager Lead for the Viridor Business and in 2023, she joined the VEL exec as Head of SHEQS and subsequently SHEQS Director, leading a team of specialists supporting the Energy business.
