Lyndi was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary on completion of Viridor's acquisition by KKR in July 2020. She subsequently moved over to Viridor's Energy Team in September 2023. She was previously Deputy General Counsel at Pennon Group, owner of South West Water and, at the time, Viridor. Prior to joining Pennon, Lyndi was a senior associate heading up the litigation team at Bond Pearce (now Womble Bond Dickinson) in Exeter.
