Dom was appointed Chief Information Officer in January 2021 bringing over 15 years of senior leadership experience. Since joining Viridor, Dom has overseen the successful separation from Pennon and the implementation of Dynamics across our organisation and utilising technology to drive growth in our business.

In June 2023, Dom was appointed Chief Transformation Officer to oversee and drive all business change activity across our company.

Prior to joining Viridor, Dom was Supply Chain Planning and IS Director at Hovis Ltd during which time he led the successful carve out from Premier Foods, implemented a leading-edge architecture, delivered a market leading programme of Intelligent Automation and ran significant programmes of change across the business.

Dom has been part of the CIO 100 list for the past seven years and in 2023, he was named the No 1 CIO in the UK, an ITIL Expert with an honours degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading.

He lives in Oxfordshire with his wife and two children and is a FA qualified coach of his son's team as well as Club Secretary for Kennington Athletic Football Club, responsible for all football activities for both Youth and Adult Football.
