We would be nothing without our fantastic team of colleagues working across the UK to achieve our purpose and values. Every award that we receive is thanks to the work of those teams and we dedicate these awards to them.

2019

  • National Recycling Awards finalist for Team of the Year - Commercial for our VRM market optimisation programme and a finalist for the Health & Safety Initiative (Large & SME) for our Homesafe programme - finalists

2018

  • BitC Education Award as part of the BITC Responsible Business Awards - longlisted
  • Winner of the Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice.

2017

  • GRREC Community Benefits was nominated for a COSLA Excellence Awards by GCC, under the category of Strong and Sustainable Communities. We were shortlisted to the next stage but failed to make the final stage this year.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility Award for the Taunton Deane Business Awards

2016

  • GRREC community benefits team outcomes were nominated for two Flourish Awards by Glasgow City Council (GCC), one for Go4Set 2015 and one for GRREC Community Benefits. Each award submission reached the final stages and were well received by the judging panel, but we were pipped to the post for both.
