Our customers and clients and stakeholders are vital to the success of Viridor. We aim to actively engage with all stakeholders to build good positive relationships to allow us to continually improve our services. We use Trustpilot, a customer review platform, to help obtain feedback on our service to identify what's working and where more focus is needed.
Collection units in Scotland currently ask for customer feedback by phoning and asking a set of standardised questions. Viridor are currently in the process of designing and launching a method to gain customer feedback across all Viridor sites so it can be gathered in a consistent manner, allowing year on year comparisons of and across all Viridor sites.
