£700m household waste contract begins at Viridor's Bargeddie recycling hub
Viridor’s state-of-the-art residual Materials Recycling Facility (rMRF) at Bargeddie in North Lanarkshire has started to receive waste as part of a 190,000-tonne contract with five Scottish councils, diverting non-recyclable waste from landfill and generating low carbon energy.
