The EU Circular Economy Package: Policy Priorities for Britain 15th July | 10:30am – 12:00pm | Committee Room 10, Palace of Westminster

This parliamentary seminar will examine the progress of the EU Circular Economy package. Serving as a follow-up to the APSRG’s March event ‘Boosting Britain’s Circular Economy: Policy Priorities for the next Parliament’ the event will seek to discuss what the priorities are for the UK in terms of the final EU Circular Economy package. With an EU Commission public consultation on the Circular Economy open until 20th August 2015, this event is a timely opportunity to try to influence the revised package. Following the event, the APSRG may also submit evidence to the European Commission consultation based on the discussion points. Speakers:

Dr Liz Goodwin OBE, Chief Executive, Waste & Resources Action Programme

Matthew Farrow, Executive Director, The Environmental Industries Commission
