Viridor today (30th June, 2010) commented on the forthcoming Public Local Inquiry relating to it’s Appeal to the Scottish Ministers for an Energy from Waste hub at Oxwellmains, Dunbar.
The Planning Inspectorate today (29 June) dismissed an appeal by Viridor relating to an enforcement notice issued by the Environment Agency on 26 August 2009.
