CSR Policies

Viridor aims to deliver its services while working with and supporting the local communities in which it operates.

We demonstrate corporate and social responsibility and leadership by maximising resource efficiency and operating all our facilities and services with the highest environmental and professional standards.

Viridor reports annually against its own challenging targets and the ‘Environmental Performance Indicators’ for the waste industry, produced by the Environmental Services Association (ESA), which also incorporates measures developed by the Green Alliance.

We are also fully supportive of the Government's aim of moving towards sustainable waste management through better waste prevention, reuse, recycling and recovery.
